"Inaka is one of the authentic japanese restaurants in Bacolod. Our meal consisted of Ebi Tempura, Salmon Sashimi, Spicy Tuna Salad, half order of Shrimp Misono with Misono Rice, Gyudon Rice with extra egg and Calamansi juice. Everybody had their fill by sharing portions of the orders but not heavy on the stomach."

"I recently had a good dining experience at Inaka Restaurant and Sushi Bar in Bacolod City. The service was excellent, and although the taste may not be entirely authentic Japanese, I still found it enjoyable. We ordered Salmon Sashimi, Saba Sushi, Tuna Sushi, Wakadori, Beef Misono, and Misono Rice. My favorites were the Salmon Sashimi and the Misono Rice. Overall, I highly recommend Inaka Restaurant and Sushi Bar for a good Japanese dining experience."

"Ate here for our anniversary. Good food as always, top tier service. Wait time is a bit long but the food quality is worth the wait. Saw Joel Torre while eating here and he was able to eat without being bothered. Not cheap but reasonably priced."

"Still and will always have the best beef and Ika misono in the city. The ebi tempura is also to die for. I recommend sitting on the teppanyaki table whenever available so you get the most of the experience eating her. The servers and chefs are attentive and very accomodating. Highly recommended if you are in the city."
